  • Cut the chicken breasts up into finger sized slices and marinate them in the Greek Feta & Oregano Dressing for 20 minutes.
  • Slice up the sweet peppers to thin strips. Chop the leeks 1" wide slices and wash thoroughly to remove any soil between the greens. Wash the red potatoes thoroughly and poke them all the way around with a fork.
  • Bake the potatoes on the middle rack in the oven at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes. While the potatoes are roasting place the olive oil in the wok or large frying pan at medium heat. Place the chicken in and cook it for about 20 minutes. Then add the peppers and leeks until cooked. Place in a large serving bowl.
  • When the Jacket Potatoes are finished, serve. Use the shredded cheese as a topping for the Jacket Red Potatoes after they have been opened on each plate.


Note: All other Kraft Dressing can be substituted.
