  • Spray casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the pan.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, 1 can of water, Alfredo sauce and instant potatoes in a large bowl. Spread mixture on top and around chicken. Spread pesto evenly on top of potatoes. Coat with parmesan cheese.
  • Cook for 30 min at 350°F. Let cool for 5 min before serving.
