  • Cut chicken into cubes and cook thoroughly in skillet.
  • While chicken is cooking, saute mushrooms and peppers in another (deeper skillet/wok). Add some garlic. When veggies are soft, add Alfredo sauce and milk, stirring occasionally. When mixture is warm, add full container of Philly Herb and Garlic. Mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. When Philly is completely melted, add chicken. Let sit for 2 minutes. Slowly add small handfuls of spinach, stirring it in and letting it wilt before adding more.
  • Time to layer! Obviously the layering is up to you, but my way is as follows: Cottage cheese, Alfredo mix, noodles, cottage cheese, Alfredo mix, feta, noodles, cottage cheese, Alfredo mix, feta, (add another layer if you have room), cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and feta. Cover with tin foil, place in oven.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Take tin foil off and bake for another 10 minutes. Take out, let cool for another 10 minutes before serving.
