  • Cut chicken in strips, discard skin and marinade for minimum of 30 minutes. Overnight is better.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and drain back into the bowl. Place in a hot greased (olive oil) wok. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from wok and add vegetables.
  • Stir fry veggies in marinade for about 10 minutes to warm and partially cook the veggies. Re-introduce chicken to re-heat.
  • Serve over cooked Uncle Ben's Converted rice.

Notes

Reduce the amount of veggies by buying a frozen stir-fry mix from the grocery store.
