  • Prepare rice. In the meantime, cut chicken into 1/2" strips and place in a skillet. Pour over Shake'n Bake Teriyaki Glaze - toss to coat completely. Cook chicken over medium heat, stirring occasionally until done, about 10-12 minutes.
  • In another skillet over medium-low heat, warm the olive oil, add almonds and brown slightly. Stir in carrots tossing with a spatula until tender-crisp - do not over cook.
  • When chicken is done stir into almond & carrot mixture. Serve over a bed of rice.

Notes

Try this with chopsticks and green tea for an authentic restaurant feel.
