  • Combine the condensed milk and peanut butter. It will start to thicken as you stir it together.
  • Scoop it into the pie shell.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whatever you crave. I use butterscotch syrup so I'm combining my three favorite flavors in this pie.

Notes

I started making this pie when I lived in Kuwait and chocolate flavored condensed milk was readily available. I just invented it one day when I needed a quick dessert. When I moved back to Canada I had to use regular condensed milk and 1 cup chocolate chips (melted) until recently when I can now buy chocolate flavored condensed milk. I NEVER measure the scoop of peanut butter, but try to make it about the same amount as the milk. I've put all sorts of different toppings on this pie to dress it up depending on what I'm craving. I have a much sweeter tooth than most people so I love it topped with even more sweet stuff like caramel syrup.
