  • Mix Kraft Russian Dressing with dry onion soup mix whole cranberry sauce.
  • Either leave chicken breasts whole or cut into cubes - if using legs and thighs cut to separate. I remove skin from both. Mix chicken with the sauce.
  • Put into a 325°F oven for approximately 3/4 hours - if using bone-in cook 15 minutes longer. Do not cover.

Notes

NOTE: do not precook chicken. Serve with rice and a green vegetable and a side salad if you wish. Do not try to use Catalina dressing as it just doesn't make it as flavorful. You can increase the amount of chicken if you wish and not increase the sauce. This freezes well. Any extra sauce goes great over any leftover rice.
