  • Step #1: Combine butter and whipping cream in pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Cool slightly, then stir in crumbs, cranberries and coconut.
  • Step #2: Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchament paper. Spoon in the chocolate and cookie mixture. Refridgerate for about 1 hour.
  • Step #3: To make the icing, melt the butter and mix with water and lemon juice. Beat in icing sugar until consisiency is smooth. Spread over top of dessert with warm knife.
