  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown and drain excess fat. Add cream of mushroom soup and OXO seasoning to ground beef. Mix well. Simmer beef mixture on medium - low heat until heated thoroughly.
  • While beef mixture is simmering, fry frozen veggies in frying pan on medium heat until thawed about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Add veggies to beef mixture and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • While simmering, prepare Minute Rice according to package directions. Mix beef mixture and cooked rice together and top with cheddar cheese. Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted about 3 minutes.

Notes

Any combination of frozen veggies works really well with this recipe. Fresh veggies can also be used such as bell peppers or mushrooms.
