  • Defrost cooked shrimp and crab, shell crab and cut meat into bite size pieces, set aside.
  • Saute green onion, fresh garlic, mushrooms and green pepper. Saute - do not overcook.
  • Add cooked shrimp and crab, and then stir in light PHILADELPHIA Herb and Garlic cream cheese. Mix well. Add drained noodles, mix until all noodles coated with sauce. Add chopped parsley -mix and serve topped with parmesan cheese and black pepper as guest desires.

Notes

A special dinner for guests or your significant other. Serve with hot rolls (Panini or warm Italian bread). Sauce can be made beforehand and refrigerated then heated and add pasta so you can enjoy your guests and not be stuck in the kitchen. Adjust garlic to taste, fresh parsley works better than dried.
