  • Combine peanut butter and rice krispies cereal in medium bowl (stir softly so you do not crush the cereal). Set aside.
  • Pour marshmallows in a bowl, melt in microwave for 20 seconds on high. (If not completely melted, repeat). Pour marshmallows into peanut butter and rice krispies and mix.
  • Pour chocolate chips into small bowl and melt in the microwave for 45 seconds. (If not completely melted repeat.) Stir, but DO NOT add chocolate to bowl with peanut butter mixture.
  • Spoon out a tsp. of peanut butter mixture, roll into ball in hands and place in melted chocolate. Make sure that ball is entirely covered in chocolate and then place on cookie sheet. (Good idea to cover cookie sheet in wax paper to prevent messy clean up). After you have covered all of the peanut butter balls with chocolate and placed them on cookie sheet, put cookie sheet in freezer for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!!

Notes

These are so tasty!! Could roll in coconut or crushed nuts before chilled!!
