  • Prepare noodles as directed on back of box.
  • Chop red onion, yellow pepper, orange pepper, & tomatoes and combine in a large bowl. Strain olives, add to mixture.
  • Strain noodles using cold water and add to mixture once cooled. Crumble Feta on top & add dressing to taste. Mix all ingredients together until evenly coated with dressing and enjoy!

Notes

You can use yellow onion if you do not have red onion, but it usually has a stronger taste, so use less and chop into smaller pieces. Good as an entire meal for lunch.
