  • Preheat a frying pan or grill to medium low heat. Spread 1/2 Tbsp. butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slice of bread (butter side down) in frying pan. Layer Singles Cheese Product, bacon bits, mozzarella shreds, and second slice of bread (butter side up).
  • Grill for 3-5 minutes on both sides or until the bread is a golden brown, flipping only once, the cheese should be melted. Cut in half lengthwise or into strips and serve with ketchup or BBQ sauce, and enjoy.

Notes

We used to make just the regular grilled cheese until my family got a little creative. Now we'll never go back. This sandwich is really good for when you feel like something different than the regular Grilled Cheese for a change.
