  • In nonstick skillet, brown beef, stirring to break up. Stir in onions, garlic, salt, pepper and rice; cover and simmer for 10 min or until rice is partially cooked.
  • Place half of shredded cabbage in greased casserole dish. Cover with half of beef mixture. Repeat layers. Do not stir.
  • Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour or until rice is tender.

    I am surprised that Kraft allowed this recipe to be put on their site when the instructions are not clear. How much tomato sauce, and when do you add it? Come on Kraft, you are waaaayyy better than this!

    I have the same 2 questions as written by others, This recipe needs to be written out properly, quite useless as is.Surprised KRAFT hadn't noticed this .
