  • Prepare rice as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until clear. Add eggs to pan and scramble. Cook until done.
  • Add prepared rice to the pan, stir well. Add soy sauce and water to the pan. Stir. Cook until there is no liquid left in the bottom of the pan.

Notes

You may add meat instead of eggs, and/or stir fry vegetables.
