  • Prepare all the vegetables you want to include and cook the onions, peppers, and then add the mushrooms. Set aside.
  • Whisk 3 large eggs together and add vegetable oil and cook as an omelet. Heat the pan first and make sure the egg is evenly distributed in the pan and raise above the heat to prevent browning or burning.
  • When cooked place on an oven proof dinner plate, and take 3 slices of process cheese in halves and place over the egg base, and then add your toppings. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese, or cheddar etc. over this, add a layer of tomatoes sliced thin and add a sprinkling of more cheese. Heat until serving in an oven at 300 degrees F, for at least 15 minutes. You can also keep it warm until ready to eat.


You can prepare the egg omelets for the base in advance. It only takes about 5 minutes to cook the eggs and all can be prepared, say for four or however many people and just increase the ingredients to suit need. You can also add any cooked meat e.g. pepperoni, ham, etc.
