  • Heat a non-stick frying pan or use a sandwich grill if you have one. Crack the eggs into a shallow dish; whisk lightly. Dip two slices of bread into the egg and place on the grill/frying pan.
  • Place 1 oz./25 grams of ham, 2-3 mushrooms and a sprinkle of cheese in the centre of each slice. Dip two more pieces of bread in the egg mixture and top each sandwich.
  • Allow to cook until toast resembles French toast.

Notes

Optional: Serve with syrup for dipping!
