  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each of the three of the sliced bread. On the cheese, sprinkle 1/3 of the chocolate chips and press lightly. Spread 1 tsp. of Kraft Raspberry Jam on each of the other 3 slices of bread. Top these onto the cream cheese halves, pressing together.
  • In bowl mix eggs, milk, extracts, salt, and cinnamon together. Place the sandwiches into the egg mixture, flipping till well absorbed.
  • In the hot heated frying pan add butter and oil. Fry sandwiches till golden brown, flip to finish browning on the other side.

Notes

Top with your favourite syrup or fresh berries.
