  • Mix rice, vegetables and parsley together and divide into 4 freezer bags. To each bag add 1 cup of meat.
  • Seal, label and freeze.
  • To prepare: Thaw. In skillet heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or combo of olive oil and sesame oil)-add rice and heat over medium heat for about 5 min till hot. Push rice to the side. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and add eggs cooking and stirring till thickened but still moist. Mix together and add soy sauce and pepper to taste.

Notes

You can add other ingredients to your taste such as garlic, peppers etc… OAMC - Once A Month Cooking
