  • Beat milk and cream cheese until smooth. Blend peaches until pureed and add to cream cheese mixture. Add vanilla and Cool Whip and mix (just with a spoon).
  • Pour this mixture onto the prepared wafer crust (made earlier and should be in the springform pan).
  • Freeze for minimum 4 hours or overnight. (If using Light cheeses and Cool Whip, you will need minimum 8 hours freezing). Sprinkle some graham wafer crumbs and place some reserved peach slices on top for garnish. Take out of freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Quick & easy. Preparation time is approximately 15 minutes, and then put in the freezer until required. Always a favorite!
