  • Mix 1 cup Parkay, flour, and brown sugar ( shortbread base). Bake in 9x9 pan until slightly golden, about 10 minutes at 350°F.
  • When cool, top with 1/2 cup Parkay mixed with the icing sugar & egg yolks. Then top with whipped cream & pineapple mixture. Top with Honey Graham crumbs.
  • Freeze for about 3 hrs. Thaw slightly & enjoy.
