  • 1. Mix crust ingredients and press into a pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Spread onto cooled crust. Spread sliced fruit in a nice pattern on top.
  • 3. Mix glaze ingredients. Cook until thick and pour over fruit. Chill.

Notes

I use light cream cheese. Be cautious of using too many "juicy" fruits as it will make the crust soft.
