  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut potatoes into wedges. Boil in water, add in salt and a bit of Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat until tender, drain. Melt butter in microwave, and then stir in parmesan cheese and garlic.
  • Put potatoes into 13x9 pan, pour butter sauce over potatoes.
  • Bake 10 minutes, turn over, and bake until browned or until desired.
