  • Melt the margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce and ginger until bubbling.
  • Add beans. Stir to coat, then cover and cook for 10 minutes (until beans are crisp).
  • Mix water and cornstarch together. Stir in honey. Heat until sauce is boiling and thickened. Add peanuts.
