  • 1. In a bowl mix cranberries and marmalade together, set aside.
  • 2. Cut Brie in half horizontally, place one half of Brie, cut side up into a small oven safe dish. Spread half of cranberry mixture over bottom half of Brie. Top the second half of Brie, cut size up. Spread remaining mixture. Top with almonds.
  • 3. Place dish in a 400°F preheated oven and bake until melted 8-10 min. Remove from oven let it cool for 2 min and serve with cut baguette and crackers.

Notes

Holiday 2009 Using an oven dish that is only slightly bigger than the Brie works best.
