  • Defrost haddock. (Block haddock works best.) Cut into as many pieces, or sizes that you like. Scramble eggs in one bowl, and crumble up Premium Plus Crackers in another bowl.
  • In a large frying pan, have 2-4 inches of oil preheated. Take the haddock and dip it in the egg, saturating it, then proceed to roll in the crackers, ensuring that the piece is totally covered.
  • When oil is hot, put pieces in, turning every 5 minutes for about 15-20.


Best tasting fish sticks in the world. My children, who are not big fish lovers, absolutely love when I make these, and they eat them like they are going out of style. Goes with a number of sides ie; potatoes, rice and so on. Easy to make, doesn't take long.
