  • Prepared Jell-O as directed on box. Place in large rounded bowl. Let set for about 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Mix in 2 cups Cool Whip. Push Angel Food pieces into Jello-Cool Whip mixture. You can also press some fruit into mixture at this time.
  • Put bowl in fridge until completely set. Unmold mixture onto cake plate. Cover with the rest of the Cool Whip.

Notes

My Mum found this recipe on a Jell-O package (I think) many years ago. I have tried it with just about all flavours of Jell-O. My Mum also used fruit juice instead of the cold water in the Jell-O. Even ginger ale works & gives a neat texture to the pudding. Make small individual ones for more fun. Sprinkle it with coconut.
