  • Blend olive oil and butter or margarine over medium heat in a deep skillet. Mix sugar into liquid. Add a bit of water if necessary. Add chicken breasts, cover and let simmer, turning often. Again, add a bit of water to keep bottom of pan covered in liquid.
  • When chicken is nearly cooked through, add frozen stir fry veggies to pan. Mix into liquid and cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes
  • When veggies are no longer frozen, add the Kraft Italian Dressing and turn heat down to low and let simmer, turning ingredients often for another 10 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles or with potatoes of choice.

Notes

This meal can be prepared for one, two or a whole family. The sugar can be left out if you prefer the bite in the Italian Dressing.
