  • Prepare cake mix as cupcakes. Cool completely. Cut tops off right at cupcake paper level. Place on cookie sheet top beside the bottom.
  • Make Jell-O and spoon two to three tsp. into each piece.
  • Refrigerate until set. Top with Cool Whip and put back together.

Notes

Cool Whip in the tub is the best for this recipe, have tried all.
