  • Cut the ribs in single sections by the bone having one each to put on the BBQ grill. Sprinkle roasted garlic and pepper seasoning on each one of the ribs and place on BBQ.
  • Meanwhile in a bowl mix soya sauce, hickory BBQ sauce, Catalina dressing, onion powder, and vinegar together. This mixture will be have the consistency of a liquidy marinade. Once you have mixed this, put it on each one of the ribs on the BBQ. Drench each one with this sauce.
  • Grill about 25 min on low until cooked all the way through and keep putting sauce on every 15 minutes until crispy and no more red is left on the inside of the ribs. Take off grill pour remaining sauce on the ribs and put on 4 plates evenly distributed and serve.
