  • Peel and grate potatoes. Add grated onion, and then add beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  • Heat electric grill or frying pan and coat with olive oil. Drop approx. 4 spoonful of mixture on the grill then top with 2 heaping tablespoons of Kraft Grated Habanero Heat Cheese then spread some potato on top to cover cheese. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream.

Notes

This recipe is absolutely delicious, and the Kraft Heat Habanero can be substituted with other kinds of Kraft grated cheese.
