  • Saute first 6 ingredients in pan, until onions soft.
  • Add tomatoes with curry powder and cooking cream until blended well. Add jalapenos and simmer for 5 min.
  • Add chickpeas, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 min. Then add spinach until soft.

Notes

Spicy-spice taste not Spicy-hot taste. Delish with whole grain brown rice or a whole wheat tortilla.
