  • First Layer
  • Preheat oven to 350°F Mix melted margarine, flour and chopped pecans and press gently into 9x13 pan (not too firmly). Bake 15 - 20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool.
  • Second Layer
  • Mix icing sugar, cream cheese and half of the litre of Cool Whip. Spread over first layer once cooled.
  • Third Layer
  • Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk, let stand until slightly thickened. Spread onto second layer.
  • Fourth Layer
  • Spread on remaining 1/2 litre of Cool Whip, sprinkle with toasted pecans.

Notes

Make first layer. While baking make second layer. Toast almonds while first layer is cooling.
