  • Crust: Mix butter & flour & press into 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Cool.
  • Middle: Mix together cream cheese, icing sugar & 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
  • Topping: Cook lemon pie filling as per package instructions. Spread over middle layer and cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

This dessert can be made in advance and will store well for 1-2 days if kept refrigerated. Recipe can be doubled for larger serving portions. Absolutely everyone loves this dessert.
