  • Cut a hole in the center of 1 of the pieces of bread (discard the cut out piece). Place butter in frying pan and heat until melted. Place piece of bread with hole in frying pan, crack the egg into the hole of the bread. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto egg yolk. Flip bread over once the egg white starts to brown on the under side of bread. Cook yolk side down until yolk is almost completely cooked threw and bread is browned. Remove from heat and cool 5 min.
  • Cook 2 pieces of Ready Crisp Bacon as directed on package.
  • Once egg bread is cooled, place on plate and top with bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese slice. Spread Miracle Whip onto 2nd piece of bread and place on top of sandwich. Cut in half and enjoy.

Notes

A quick, easy and healthy alternative to lunch. Make ahead the night before to take for lunch the next day. Great served warm or cold. For 2 sandwiches just double the ingredients.
