You will probably have lots of leftover meat. I usually cook 1/2, save 1/2 and freeze. Make sure you write the date and what package has the "cooked meat" and "uncooked" meat.
This recipe is a sure hit as an appetizer at any party or gathering. Also makes a wonderful dinner with veggies when in a pinch!
