  • Thaw frozen mango and crush - measure out 4 cups. Add sugar to crushed mangos. Add lemon juice and stir till well mixed. Bring to a rumbling boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from stove.
  • Add liquid Certo and stir 5 minutes.
  • Put into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4-1/2 inch space at top. Put hot sterilized sealers on top.
