  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop carrots into bite sized pieces, partial boil.
  • Take food processor, place in celery, mince, not puree. Next mushrooms, place in processor mince, next onion, then carrots. Place celery, mushrooms, onion in medium bowl after processor. Let minced carrots cool on plate.
  • In large bowl place ground beef, ground pork, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, mix together. Place all the veggies into the large bowl with the ground beef and pork. Blend together. Mix all ingredients add any other spice you want.
  • Spray your two large loaf pans with Pam spray. Place half of the meatloaf in one pan and the other half in the other.
  • Place in oven for 2 hours. Let cool for five minutes. Serve.

Notes

You can add any hot sauce you please. Also you can add any spices you would like. There will be a little bit of liquid in the pans after cooking. That is alright.
