  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl mix wet ingredients including sugar. In a separate small bowl, mix dry ingredients. After both are mixed separately, add dry contents to wet ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour completed mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 1/4 hours.

Notes

For a healthier choice, whole wheat flour and low fat sour cream can be used.
