  • Combine all in Dutch oven. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Makes 2 Liter sealers. Fills 24 tart shells - 3/4 full Or 2 - 9" pie shells.
  • Have the open jars upside down in a pot of boiling water, along with the lids, while making the mincemeat. Fill jars & seal.

Notes

When ready to make tarts or pies: Fill shells & bake 15 min. in 350°F oven until mincemeat is bubbly & shells are golden brown. Top with generous dollop of Cool Whip & serve.
