  • Layer the yoghurt contents on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
  • Slice the sweet onion finely (Vidalia is the one I usually use) and spread evenly over the yoghurt. Spread the salsa over the onion. Layer the shredded cheese over the salsa.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips (I usually use multigrain).

Notes

This dip works with any fruit flavoured yoghurt. In a pinch, I've even mixed flavours.
