  • In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and shortening. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (about 5 minutes). With a small pastry brush, coat the insides of the paper cups evenly, with 1 teaspoon melted chocolate, bringing coating up on the sides about 1,5 cm. Refrigerate cups.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine butter or margarine and KRAFT Peanut Butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (4 to 6 minutes). Stir in confectioners' sugar and HONEY MAID Graham Crumbs. Press about 1/2 tablespoon of filling into each chocolate cup. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm (about 10 minutes).
  • Reheat chocolate mixture if necessary. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of filling, spread with pastry brush to cover. Store refrigerated.

Tastes just like the store-bought peanut butter cups. You can substitute the dark chocolate for milk chocolate. Everyone who's tasted these has asked me for the recipe!!
