  • Make filling:
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, butter & vanilla till creamy. Fold in half the beaten cream, and then fold in remaining cream till blended.
  • Spread filling in crust & smooth top.
  • Make topping:
  • Combine chocolate chips & coffee in microwave proof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir till smooth. Cool chocolate slightly & pour over filling. Refrigerate 1 hour till chocolate is firm. Cover loosely & refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
