  • Heat milk in saucepan, add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool. Drain juice from pineapple.
  • Make graham crust by combining crumbs, butter and sugar. Spread most of crumbs on bottom of 9x13 pan reserving 1/2 cup of crumbs to sprinkle on top. When marshmallow mixture has cooled add drained pineapple and Cool Whip. Combine until well mixed. Spread pineapple mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  • Place in fridge until set. Light, fluffy and low in fat, great for a hot summer day!
