  • Combine rhubarb, pineapple, and orange peel. Combine sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon and mix with fruit mixture.
  • Pour into dough-lined pie plate. Dot with butter; cover with top crust which has slits cut in it.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
