  • 1st layer:
  • In food processor with blade add all of the 1st layer ingredients. Mix till ball forms.
  • Spread into a springform pan and bake at 350°F for 15 min. Let cool.
  • 2nd layer:
  • Beat cream cheese and icing sugar till smooth. Gently beat in Cool Whip. Spread over 1st layer.
  • 3rd layer:
  • Beat pudding and milk with whisk for 2 min. Spread over 2nd layer.
  • 4th layer:
  • Spread other 1/2 of Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts and/or cherries in centre. Chill till ready to serve.

Notes

Cherries optional. I sprinkle chopped pecans all over top. At Christmas I decorate with cherries etc.
