  • Put pork roast in slow cooker and cover entirely with Bull's Eye BBQ Sauce.
  • Cover and do not remove lid for 7-8 hours. Cook on low heat.
  • When roast is done remove and pull apart with two forks. Put back in sauce and mix. Can be used over toasted buns, rice or potatoes.

Notes

This recipe can be sped up by cooking in slow cooker on high heat for 6-7 hours. Also warms up well for leftovers.
