  • 1. Prepare crust mix as directed on box using 1/4 cup melted butter. After pressing it into a glass 8 or 9-inch square pan or pie plate, microwave it for 1 minute to set the crust.
  • 2. In food processor, blend softened cream cheese and vanilla creamer until blended. Add the dessert filling mix and milk and process for about 90 seconds until well blended and creamy, stopping and scraping the sides of the processor bowl a couple times with spatula to prevent lumps. Pour into mixing bowl and fold in the remaining package from dessert box containing the Oreo Cookie pieces reserving 1/2 cup of the Oreo pieces for the top of the dessert.
  • 3. Spread the raspberry jam over the chocolate cookie crumb crust in the pan. Spread the cream cheese Oreo Cookie mix overtop. Sprinkle with remaining Oreo Cookie pieces
  • 4. Chill at least one hour. Serve as is or will a dollop of whipped cream and fresh raspberries to dazzle your family and friends.


The Jell-O Oreo No Bake Dessert Mixes came in my Santa's Choice Hamper and I decided to experiment to make a lightened up version of one of my favorite cheesecakes. My family and friends loved it and I now purchase the ingredients at the Supermarket whenever I have to make a quick and easy to assemble dessert to impress guests. Everyone is surprised to find out the recipe starts with a no bake dessert mix. MLH
