  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut up chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Brown in a frying pan. Layer 1/2 of the chicken and peppers in one layer in an ovenproof casserole.
  • Mix the whipped Philly with the water to make a runnier sauce. Spoon 1/4 of the sauce over the chicken-pepper mixture. Slice purple potatoes, and layer half of them over top of the chicken-pepper mixture. Spoon another 1/4 of the Philly sauce over this. Repeat with the remaining half of chicken-peppers and potatoes, making sure to add the sauce over each layer as uniformly as possible. Top with shredded Kraft Cheddar-Mozzarella blend cheese.
  • Put in the oven for 45 min. Test to make sure the potatoes are cooked after this time (if not, add another 10-15 minutes). Optionally, you can broil in the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese on top. Cover the dish in the oven if it looks like it is drying out too much while cooking, and uncover just before broiling/serving.
