  • Prepare and bake cake as directed on package, using a bundt cake pan. Let cake cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add jam and mix thoroughly. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  • Frost the cake with the mixture. Garnish top of cake with fresh raspberries.
